The second quarter Rise to the Challenge is all about our sleep routines. Register for the challenge and focus your sleep habits for four weeks. Each week you track and self-report you will earn 1 wellness ticket for the second quarter drawing and for the grand prize drawings at the end of the year. Participants will receive weekly reminders and tips about how to improve your sleep.
