As we start off 2021, we have hopes for a brighter year, but we recognize that many are facing new and continued challenges including caregiving, isolation, juggling at home learning and more. Serco employees have access to LifeWorks and other support resources available to them.
LifeWorks for Serco
Trained counselors are always available to talk about issues of stress, worry, isolation, and fears about the future. Get in touch with LifeWorks if COVID-19 is causing you stress or anxiety. You also have access to helpful articles, videos, and toolkits. Two particularly helpful toolkits are linked below:
LifeWorks is available to all Serco North America employees and their families at no cost. Please do not hesitate to reach out. This year has been challenging and we can all use extra support at times.

To access resources, create an account with LifeWorks by visiting login.lifeworks.com or downloading the LifeWorks app on your mobile device. To register, use the invitation code “sna-“ followed by your employee ID number. For example: sna-80099999. If you have already registered, please log in with your email and password.

A new resource is available to all Serco North America employees. Serco’s partnership with Bright Horizons provides you with parenting and caregiving support.
- Emergency Back Up Care: Your safety net for when disruptions to your regular dependent care arrangements happen and you need to get to work

- Priority on waiting list at Bright Horizons Centers
- Assistance to find elder care, pet care, housekeeping and more
