Our lives have changed over the past week as our daily routines have been interrupted. This can be a challenging time to navigate especially if you have others looking to you for calmness and reassurance.
How can we, as Serco employees, stay grounded and not let our anxiety and stress get the better of us?
While we are not licensed mental health professions at Serco Wellness, we do have a few helpful ideas and resources to share with you.
LifeWorks for Serco
The Employee Assistance program is a wonderful tool to take advantage of during this period of time. If you are in need of support, please reach out to the qualified staff at LifeWorks, Serco’s EAP provider. All Serco employees have access to this confidential program at no cost. Services are available 24/7 and also extend to family members.

Cigna’s CLIMB Program
Cigna offers free guided mediations in both Spanish and English. In these guided sessions you can learn the basics of mindful breathing and how to calm your mind. You do not need to be enrolled in any Cigna coverage to take advantage of the mediations. They are open to the public.
Expressing gratitude allows us time to focus on the good rather than the negative. You can post about what you are grateful for on social media, make a list or even call/video chat with a loved one you are grateful for.
