Emotional Well-being Resources

Our lives have changed over the past week as our daily routines have been interrupted. This can be a challenging time to navigate especially if you have others looking to you for calmness and reassurance.

How can we, as Serco employees, stay grounded and not let our anxiety and stress get the better of us?

While we are not licensed mental health professions at Serco Wellness, we do have a few helpful ideas and resources to share with you.

Services are available 24/7 and also extend to family members.

Practice Gratitude

Expressing gratitude allows us time to focus on the good rather than the negative. You can post about what you are grateful for on social media, make a list or even call/video chat with a loved one you are grateful for.

Take this gratitude quiz for a few ideas on how to expand our gratitude: https://greatergood.berkeley.edu/quizzes/take_quiz/gratitude
