April 2018 – Let’s “Spring” To It!

How much exercise is enough?

The American Heart Association suggests at least 150 minutes per week of moderate exercise—that’s just thirty minutes a day, five times a week. But something is always better than nothing! Set a reachable goal for yourself based on your personal fitness level.

To earn a Wellness Ticket this month:

Track your daily exercise! Write down each time you exercise throughout the month of April. At the end of the month, send in your tracker to wellness@serco-na.com.

What’s in it for you?

All participants will earn 1 Wellness Ticket towards our grand prize drawing in December, as well as entry into our monthly prize drawing to win a $100 gift card.

This challenge has come to a close. Wellness Tickets for 2018 are no longer being awarded.
