Step out of your routine and try something new!

Whether it’s yoga, dancing, CrossFit, or boxing, try out a new exercise that you’ve never tried before. Each new exercise that you try will earn you 1 Wellness Ticket

Earning Wellness Tickets

Once you’ve completed a new exercise, send an email to wellness@serco-na.com letting us know the following:

  • Your name/employee ID number
  • What exercise you tried
  • What you liked/disliked about the exercise
  • Would you be willing to try the exercise again
